day 265 - moon
Once again I was taking some shots of the moon, what's different about this one is on this night a planet was visible below the moon. Unfortunately when the planet was visible with the moon in the photograph, the moon ended up way overexposed. I am sure there is probably some way to remedy this and at some point in time I will have to research it. But here is my attempt. The small speck on the bottom was the planet, Venus I believe it was.

day 185 - Independence Day
Today is the Fourth of July. Did we do something patriotic? Only if you call going to church & then the beach patriotic. Which I suppose in a way it is, we have the freedom in the country to go to any kind of church we want, whenever we want without fear. For that I am truly grateful.
Back to the beach, this was the first time for my youngest to go to the beach. He loved it! Playing in the water and the sand was so much fun for him.
