day 242 - boat

Time to put the boat away and head home. We had a good time camping, hanging out on the beach & going for cruises in the boat.

day 241 - campfire

The kids really wanted to have a campfire so on our second night we got one going. Here they are still working on it. They roasted marshmallows for the first time too.

day 240 - beach

We took all the kids camping for the first time this year. We had tents and are hoping to eventually upgrade to a pop trailer. Here's the oldest hanging out at the beach :-)

day 230 - beekeeping class part 2

My son and daughter went to part two of their beekeeping class today. They weren't to interested in the lecture part of it but they did like watching the bees go in & out of their hives and making beeswax candles.

day 225 - last day

Today was the last day of sports camp. Playing some games, here's soccer.

day 224 - sports camp

Day 4 of sports camp. One of today's sports was lacrosse. He liked this one & did fairly well with it.

Day 3 of sports camp for #2. One of the sports today was football. I liked that they had smaller footballs for the youngsters.
